With a stellar track record in consultancy and successful restaurant launches, Chef David has now brought his talents to the picturesque shores of Koh Samui. Together with his partner Khun Mai, who comes from a 5 star service background and has successfully run her own business for the last 8 years, they designed and rebuilt the restaurant from the bottom up.
