Venturing beyond the familiar, we decided to sample some of their Indian offerings. The chicken samosas were a delightful start – crispy, golden pockets of flavour. The Indian Chicken Curry, fragrant and perfectly spiced, showcased the café’s dedication to authenticity. What impressed us most was the chef’s attention to detail; she personally confirmed our order and tailored the spice levels to suit our preferences.

No visit to Baannairai would be complete without indulging in their tempting array of desserts. The cakes, in particular, were a highlight – a sweet symphony of flavours that provided the perfect conclusion to our afternoon. We opted for the Banoffee pie and the carrot cake, both delicious!
